Canine Itch Care Hot Spot Soothing Gel for Dogs

Like all hot spot treatments, I didnt think this would work on my dog some work for abit or dont work at all. This is more of a thick gel that absorbs into the skin and coat really quick and leaves no residue it isnt oily. My dog gets these hot spots in the heat of the summer especially when there's ragweed he will eat his feet and the back towards the tail end. This is a clear color gel doesnt have a strong scent. It didnt hurt him or burn his skin when I applied it some may have to much alcohol and irritate his skin. This topical works well for itchy skin gives instant relief soothing inflamed skin keepi g the skin hydrated protecting your pets skin barrier especially if you have a wound helps to gently clean and keep it from getting irritated. Its safe for all breeds and ages with no chemicals, no alcohol, no fragrance great for sensitive skin. Im really happy with my purchase its worked so far for my pet I can tell hes happy and less itchy im going to continue using it happy pup happy mom.

I’ve been using this gel on my bully breed for about a week, and I’m seeing some improvement in her hot spots. She has several areas that flare up, so finding something that doesn’t cause a reaction is important. This easy to apply since it’s a gel with a pump. I put it in my hand and rub it directly onto the spots, and she hasn’t tried to lick it or bother with it at all. With her being prone to skin allergies, seeing progress in just a week without any negative reaction is a good sign.

I’m happy with the results I’ve seen so far and plan to keep using it while her hot spots heal.

My dog occasionally gets irritated spots that he will keep licking if I do not catch them early. This gel is easy to apply, spreads without making a mess, and seems to calm the area enough that he leaves it alone. It also absorbs fairly quickly instead of leaving his coat greasy. I would not expect it to replace a veterinarian for anything serious, but for minor irritation it has been useful to keep around. I think it is worth recommending.
